Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders over $99 in Canada & USA (before taxes) - FREE Shipping

All other orders - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Komfi Baby is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Keep in mind baby clothing is duty free :)


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable) that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


Komfi Baby accepts returns and will refund orders of products that are unwashed, unsoiled, and in the same condition they were received in. Product measurements are on our website to avoid issues with sizing. If Komfi Baby has made an error, we will be happy to pay for the return shipping and do our part to correct the error. If the error or change of heart was on the customer's part, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping and we will happily refund it or exchange it.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@komfibaby.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
