Where can I find the coupon code for preorder items?
Are you on your email list? If so, find it in your email from us. The email list is always the first to know! If not, join it now for future sales and then you can use this code to have an additional 10% off applied to preorder items: PREORDER
When will my order be shipped?
All orders, whether preorder item or not, will not be shipped until the preorder products have arrived. We won't be shipping products separately. Everything will get sent out in one shipment when available. Also note that we are experiencing shipping delays due to covid19.
When will the preorder products arrive?
We expect by the 3rd week of February for preorder products to arrive and to be shipping your orders by the end of February.
How long will preorder products be available to buy?
Preorder items will be avaialble to purchase until the products have arrived.
Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping to Canada & USA is available to orders over CAD$99. This will be applied automatically at checkout.
Will my order be tracked?
Orders that qualify for free shipping include tracking. All other orders (orders under CAD$99 in Canada/US, and international orders) will need to review shipping options at checkout. There are tracked and untracked shipping options available. The tracked options are stated as "Tracked". If the shipping option is not stated as "Tracked", it is untracked. An untracked parcel is not trackable or traceable, therefore Komfi Baby cannot confirm if it has been shipped or not. If there are issues with the shipment, Komfi baby cannot refund or take responsibility for it. **Exception for Canadian-only orders under $99 - if it says "Canada Post" in the shipping option, it is tracked.
Where are Komfi Baby products made?
All Komfi Baby products are either home-made in Canada or ethically made in South Korea, a technically advanced, democratic nation that is proud of their superior garment industry.
Is Komfi Baby sweatshop-free?
Yes. Founder, Angie Decev's, mother worked in a clothing factory in South Korea supporting her family. Komfi Baby is committed to sourcing products from countries that are regulated and where fair labour is required as well as avoiding countries where it is difficult to know about working conditions, health and safety of workers, and fair wages without physically being there.
Are Komfi Baby products organic?
Yes. All of our products that are made from cotton are made from organic cotton.
Will my shipment be tracked?
For Canadian shipments, Lettermail is not tracked, but all parcels are tracked. For everywhere else Komfi Baby ships to, there are tracked and untracked shipping options available. The tracked options are stated as "Tracked". If the shipping option is not stated as "Tracked", it is untracked. An untracked parcel is not trackable or traceable, therefore Komfi Baby cannot confirm if it has been shipped or not. If there are issues with the shipment, Komfi baby cannot refund or take responsibility for it.
When will my order be shipped out?
We strive to ship our orders as soon as possible: within the next few business days. (Note: Preorder shipments will be shipped differently. See questions above for shipping times.) If you have a question or would like to make a change to your order, contacting us (through chat or contact form) as soon as possible will increase the likelihood that we haven't shipped it yet. More details on our shipping policy can be found at the very bottom of your checkout page.
What about returns or exchanges?
Komfi Baby accepts returns and will refund orders of products that are unwashed, unsoiled, and in the same condition as it was received in. Komfi Baby product measurements are on our website to avoid issues with sizing. If Komfi Baby has made an error, we will be happy to pay for the return shipping and do our part to correct the error. If the error or change of heart was on the customer's part, the customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping and we will happily refund it or exchange it.
Where does Komfi Baby ship to?
Komfi Baby is a small family business based in Canada and we ship worldwide.
Why are my purchased items not individually wrapped in plastic?
Komfi Baby strives to be good for the planet. We request our suppliers to send us our products in the least packaging feasible and also ship our products in the least packaging possible while still protecting the items inside. Packaging may make opening a parcel more enjoyable, but much of it is unnecessary and the packaging is thrown away.
Where is Komfi Baby based?
We are based in Canada, Angie on the east coast and Andrea on the west coast. Our shipping hub is in British Columbia.
